CERTIFICATION NOTICE – WATER VORTEX FRAMEWORK

Official certification document regarding the use, integration, and dissemination of WATER VORTEX modules.

1. PURPOSE OF THE NOTICE

This notice outlines the conditions for use, manufacturing, adaptation, and dissemination of the WATER VORTEX technologies, including their vortex-based modules for purification, extraction, condensation, or separation. It establishes the connection between the SQS (Spiral Quantum Systems) framework, the 3Q™ certification (Quantum-Qualified & Quantum-Ethical), the QE™ Label (Quantum Engineering), and related manufacturing licenses.

2. APPLIED LABELS

  • Label SQS™: The project belongs to the Spiral Quantum Systems (SQS) lineage and follows symbolic, vortex-based, and community logics.
  • Label 3Q™: The quantum certification guarantees that the modules operate through real (non-simulated) quantum behaviors, respect strong ethical principles, and are irreducible to classical systems.
  • Label QE™: Certifies that the engineering principles applied to vortex modules follow verifiable quantum logic, symbolic coherence, and fair manufacturing standards.

3. CONDITIONS OF USE

a. Restricted Use and Mandatory Certification

Any use of the modules or their symbolic logics (purification, separation, vortexation, condensation) requires:

  • A formal usage request,
  • An ethical and symbolic audit,
  • The acquisition of a 3Q™ certification specific to the intended application.

b. Manufacturing and Integration

The assembly or industrial reproduction of WATER VORTEX modules requires:

  • A licensing agreement under the QE™ Label,
  • Validation of the manufacturing blueprints,
  • A commitment to uphold ethical standards, traceability, and equitable access.

c. Derivative Uses Also Protected

Implementations in the following domains are also protected and eligible for certification:

  • REED community resilience systems
  • Education (Minecraft, serious games)
  • Circular governance and water crisis management
  • Territorial deployment in water-stressed regions

d. Community Programs and Collective EducationThe programs supporting local populations (REED Angels, training, local governance, awareness through immersive platforms or educational tools) are an integral part of the certified scope and fall under a verified logic of community-based deployment.

4. SQS STATUS

This project is part of the Spiral Quantum Systems (SQS) lineage. It inherits the foundational protections and symbolic coherence requirements outlined in the SQS Master Certification Framework.

All vortex-based logics, encoded metaphors, and resonance models must be preserved and acknowledged in any derivative use.
