Certification – TORUS 3Q™ Label The TORUS Quantum Security Framework is certified under the internal Label 3Q™ (Quantum-Qualified and Quantum-Ethical) managed by ECOSYSTEM VLG World. It certifies:

- Ethical deployment aligned with ECOSYSTEM VLG World’s post-quantum governance values.
- Future compatibility requires preservation of logic integrity.
