MASTER CERTIFICATION FRAMEWORK – SPIRAL QUANTUM SYSTEMS (SQS)

This master document outlines the global certification structure of Spiral Quantum Systems (SQS), including its sub-frameworks and project-specific certifications.

1. PURPOSE OF THIS FRAMEWORK

The purpose of this Master Certification Framework is to establish the foundational legal, ethical, symbolic, and operational structure for certifying any project developed under the Spiral Quantum Systems (SQS) lineage. It defines the general protections applied to all SQS components and serves as a shared reference base for individual certification notices.

2. SQS SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION

The Spiral Quantum Systems (SQS) include a variety of interconnected frameworks and applied technologies, such as:

  • TORUS – Quantum logic applied to cybersecurity and transformation gates (Label 3Q™ certified)
  • WATER VORTEX – Vortex-based and symbolic logic applied to fluid systems and purification
  • SQC (Spiral Quantum Communities) – Collective symbolic structures for social resonance and community sovereignty
  • SQA (Spiral Quantum Applications) – Implementations in education, simulation, resilience, and public policies
  • CQS (Community Quantum Signals) – Living signals and operational metaphors for local governance and information flow
  • Traditional Knowledge & Cosmologies – Ancestral encoded models integrated into symbolic quantum logic
  • QE (Quantum Engineering) – Certification of applied technologies, vortex-based modules, and integrated quantum hardware (Label QE™)

Each of these systems is subject to a dedicated certification aligned with the principles established in this document.

3. CORE PROTECTIONS AND CONDITIONS

All SQS projects are protected by:

  • The Label Copyrights of ECOSYSTEM VLG World
  • The relevant internal label (Label 3Q™, QE™, SQC™, SQA™, CQS™, etc.)
  • A continuity clause for symbolic logic
  • A community-based ethical framework

Use, adaptation, or integration of any SQS component requires:

  • A formal request and written agreement
  • An ethical and symbolic audit
  • Compliance with naming conventions, visual consistency, and original mappings

4. AI, DIGITAL SYSTEMS & REPLICATION RESTRICTIONS

The SQS contain encoded metaphors, symbolic bifurcation patterns, and community resonance models that are not replicable outside their original logic. Therefore:

  • No AI or LLM training is allowed on datasets derived from SQS without explicit consent and co-certification.
  • Symbolic constructions may not be deconstructed or recontextualized in closed systems.
  • Any representation must acknowledge its origin, preserve symbolic integrity, and reference the relevant certification notice.

This project is part of the Spiral Quantum Systems (SQS) lineage and inherits the foundational protections and symbolic coherence requirements defined in the SQS Master Certification Framework. All symbolic logics, encoded metaphors, and community resonance structures must be preserved and recognized in any derivative use.
