It connects companies, inventors, researchers, institutions, and users who share the same commitment to ethics, quality, and quantum coherence.

The 3Q™ Circle is not just a club —
it is a community of trust, founded on transparency, authorship recognition, and conscious innovation.

1. Role and Vision

The 3Q™ Circle embodies the human and collective dimension of the 3Q™ Label.
It acts as a bridge between research, technology, and user communities.

Its mission is threefold:

1. Build bridges between certified technologies and their end-users.
2. Encourage knowledge and experience sharing among network members.
3. Promote ethical and quantum standards across public and private sectors.

2. Types of Members

The 3Q™ Circle includes several categories of members:

Institutional Members	Universities, municipalities, NGOs, research centers.	Ethical partnerships, joint certifications, local deployments.
Corporate Members	Companies, startups, and tech developers.	Access to the 3Q™ Trust database, integration in REED / GOOD Alliance networks.
Strategic Partners	States, international institutions, major global programs.	Collaboration on label deployment, governance, and cross-sector initiatives.

Each member signs a Quantum Conduct Code, ensuring ethical, transparent, and responsible participation.

3. Member Benefits

4. Structure and Governance

The 3Q™ Circle is overseen by:

• RULES HQ, ensuring compliance with the Quantum Conduct Code and ethical coherence.
• The 3Q™ Circle Committee, composed of representatives from three main branches:
  • Technological (GOOD, Quantum, REED)
  • Humanitarian (100, REED Hands, Label Water)
  • Educational (Abundance University, REED Signals)

Each branch appoints an Ethical Coordinator, responsible for monitoring projects and mediating potential conflicts.

5. Operating Principles

The 3Q™ Circle functions according to three guiding principles:

1. Reciprocity – each member contributes and receives according to their skills, needs, and values.
2. Transparency – all technologies, creators, and uses are traceable and verifiable.
3. Systemic Coherence – every interaction aligns with the pillars of S.Q.C. (Community Quantum Spirals) and S.Q.A. (Applied Quantum Spirals).

Community exchanges are facilitated through:

• Regular hybrid meetings (physical & virtual),
• Forums and community dialogues,
• And a shared registry of ethical projects and technologies.

7. Membership Process

Joining the 3Q™ Circle involves four steps:

1. Online Application – members submit their profile, project, and motivations.
2. Evaluation – reviewed by the 3Q™ Circle Committee.
3. Agreement – signature of the Quantum Conduct Code.
4. Integration – issuance of a member identifier (ID-3QC) and listing in the community registry.

Each member receives a digital badge certifying official affiliation with the 3Q™ Circle.
